Our First Batch

This was a classic English Ale. Mild with medium bitterness.

UPDATE! {6-26-09} The first batch was a huge success and is gone (other than some bottles I'm keeping for remembrence). The 2nd batch was our first Amber Ale. It was the unofficial Obama Amber, and was dedicated to his historic run for office. Unfortunately it too is about gone.

I really need to get brewing more as its been a while, and the Mexican is not happy. Please check our blog as I'll post updates there more often than here.
