Our First Batch

This is a classic English Ale. Mild with medium bitterness.

UPDATE! {7/24/2008} The first batch was a huge success and is almost gone. We're saving a few bottles to compare with future brews though. We have moved locations, and are still setting up the brewing area. We hope to get a batch fermenting in the next week or so. The next batch will be our first Amber Ale, and we look to have it ready to drink just over a month.

We're heading to Idaho this weekend, and hope to sample some great new beers like we did in Chicago last month! We'll post a blog with updates next week sometime.
