OLM is heading to vegas in the morning for some much needed R&R. OLM will be sampling some local eateries and drinkeries, and will also be going to see Bon Jovi in concert! If any new and outstanding brews are discovered, I’ll post an update!
We’ve got the recipe and the ingredients… now we just need to brew! Since we just moved we’re still setting up the brewing area, but I hope to have it ready next week.
We are heading to Idaho this weekend, and will be sampling some good brews while there.
I hope to get the Amber brewed and fermenting by next weekend cause we’re about out of the English Ale. We had a BBQ to celebrate our new location last weekend, and the majority vote was that our English Ale tasted similar to Newcastle Brown. I will be happy with that outcome anytime!

Hola! OLM just got back from 5 days in Chicago! We sampled many fine brews while there, some local, some long time favorites. OLM had a headache for 4 of those 5 days and didn’t get much sleep. But it was a blast! The Windy city knows how to party.
