For those of you who are living in Utah, the sponsor of the homebrew legalization bill during the 2008 legislative session, Christine Johnson, has been re-elected to the Utah House and is again sponsoring the homebrew legalization bill.
The bill has a hearing this week on Wednesday November 19th at 2:15 in Room W025 of the House Building at the capitol in Salt Lake City. The bill is being introduced to the Business and Labor Interim Committee. I would highly encourage anyone who can attend to show up for this meeting in support of the “Exemption For Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturing License” bill.
