I bottled the Amber Ale today. Should be drinkable in 10 to 14 days. We’ll see. I had a bit of a rough time with a couple things, but it looked and smelled good going into the bottles.
Stay tuned. 
We’ve got the recipe and the ingredients… now we just need to brew! Since we just moved we’re still setting up the brewing area, but I hope to have it ready next week.
We are heading to Idaho this weekend, and will be sampling some good brews while there.
I hope to get the Amber brewed and fermenting by next weekend cause we’re about out of the English Ale. We had a BBQ to celebrate our new location last weekend, and the majority vote was that our English Ale tasted similar to Newcastle Brown. I will be happy with that outcome anytime!
