Amber Ale – First Taste
Monday, October 13th, 2008I cracked open the first Amber tonight! Wow this is some good beer. Kind of sweet, but so smooth and a really crisp taste, with a bit of a hoppy kick… Good stuff!

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008It’s been fermenting like crazy! We’ll be bottling in about 12 days or so. In light of the coming election we’re unofficially calling it Obama Amber Ale… check it out!
Update on the Amber Ale
Friday, September 12th, 2008I ran into some delays, but finally brewed up the Amber last night. It’s bubbling like mad today and fermentation is going strong! Bottling in 2 weeks or so, drinking in a month!
